FREE SHIPPING applies to every item we sell over $79.99, anywhere within the continental United States.

If an order is placed for delivery outside of the continental U.S. and the customer does not contact us in reference to additional shipping fees, we will assume that any and all fees associated with the shipment are approved by the customer and we will process the order for shipment. OutdoorFlame.com ships its packages via UPS ground or Fed Ex ground.

Expedited delivery is available at an additional charge.

All items are shipped independently of one another and in different packaging, and therefore may arrive at different times.

Shipments to Alaska,Hawaii and Canada are available for an additional charge, upon request.

Shipments to Canada are available subject to NAFTA regulations. Customers are responsible for all taxes, duties and fees associated with the importation of goods across United States borders.

Delivery time is approximately 4-7 days, on all in-stock merchandise, depending on your geographical location. Out-of-stock and special order items will require additional delivery time.

Important! Should any shipping damage be noticed at the time of delivery either refuse delivery or make the carrier leave a damage receipt with you. Should you notice shipping damage after delivery, keep all packing materials with the item and notify customer service immediately, so a claim may be filed, and a replacement can be shipped.
