Important! Should any shipping damage be noticed at the time of delivery either refuse delivery or make the carrier leave a damage receipt with you. Should you notice shipping damage after delivery, keep all packing materials with the item and notify customer service immediately, so a claim may be filed, and a replacement can be shipped.

OutdoorFlame.com does not sell seconds and we guarantee that you will receive only 1st quality merchandise! Any merchandise with a manufacturers defect will be exchanged at no cost to you. In most cases a call tag will be issued and the original carrier will pick up the defective merchandise at the manufacturers expense.
OutdoorFlame.com must be notified within 5 business days of receipt of defective merchandise. Please note that defective merchandise may require a picture to prove damage to our suppliers.
If you receive an item that you are not 100% happy with it may be returned. Orders inside the U.S. customers must pay for all return shipping costs ( unless damaged ).
International returns are allowed, however it does become the customers responsibility to pay all return shipping and importation fees.
A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND THE RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST BE OBTAINED PRIOR TO SHIPPING THE ITEM BACK.

For non defective or non damaged merchandise:
In order to maintain the lowest every day prices, a 10% restocking fee or $15.00 per item, whichever is greater, is charged on all returned items where a return authorization number has been issued by OutdoorFlame.com prior to the return of the merchandise. Any gift associated with the purchase must also be returned or we will deduct the value of that gift from the credit issued upon return. A return authorization number and the designated return address must be obtained within 7 days of the receipt of merchandise. The item must have the return authorization number written on the outside of the package and must be shipped back at the customers expense within 7 days of a return authorization number being issued.
ANY ITEM RETURNED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER CAN AND MAY BE REFUSED AND OR RETURNED TO SENDER AT THE PURCHASER’S EXPENSE. IF A RETURN IS ACCEPTED, WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION, THE RETURN WILL SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE OF UP TO 50%, PROVIDING THAT A CREDIT IS ISSUED TO OUTDOORFLAME.COM BY THE VENDOR. IN THE CASE THAT NO CREDIT IS ISSUED TO OUTDOORFLAME.COM, FOR A RETURN ACCEPTED BY THE VENDOR WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION, THAN NO CREDIT SHALL BE ISSUED TO THE PURCHASER. UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED ITEMS SHALL BE SUBJECT TO THE SAME POLICIES, AS THOSE STATED ABOVE, FOR ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION.CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED TO THE CUSTOMER ONCE AND ONLY WHEN WE RECIEVE CREDIT FROM OUR VENDORS.IT MAY TAKE UP 3-4 WEEKS BEFORE CREDIT IS ISSUED AFTER RETURN. PLEASE NOTE IT MAY TAKE UP TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR CREDITS TO APPEAR ON STATEMENTS
Do not return items to the ship from address, many items are shipped from the manufacturer and they will not issue a credit if you simply send the item back to them, the manufacturer will refuse the item if they have not issued a return authorization. Where manufacturers do not accept returns OutdoorFlame.com accepts these items into our inventory and the item must be shipped back to the address we provide. Items must be returned in original new resell condition, in their original protective wrapping. In order to assure prompt credit please e-mail and retain the tracking number.
We do not accept items that have been damaged as a result of consumer negligence.
